Pleasant stay
Beautiful room. The mattress was quite hard. Not the usual pillow top we are used to. We stayed in the jacuzzi suite and the tub was great. Cut little fireplace too

Very disappointing
It was hard to know where to go to enter the property it is not clearly marked. Upon arrival the girl was very plesant. The room was cleaned but in need of some updated reno. The fireplace was noisy but the only heat souce as the other only blew cold air. The resturant in the hotel was below standard on there food. Also in the morning when picking up the breakfast, a croissant and boild egg apple or yogurt the gentlemen offered coffee or juice, the coffee was awful, and the juice was either tang or cranberry, i choice cranberry. He proceeded to take his bare hand and dip into the ice where the yogurt was to fill the cup and then went to put the juice in guess something must of been floating in that cup as he dumped it and went with a new cup to the ice machine where he took his bare hand dipped into the ice bin then poured the juice and lidded the cup no rubber gloves we are in a epidemic i threw it out.

Nice and clean hotel
Hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. There was no noise and we had a comfort night there. I could not use the TV as the remote battery was dead and I the xafee maker was not turning on, it was not a big deal for us but I am mentioning this so they consider checking these in the future.

Solid choice
Quick one nighter and meeting. The living area was a bit sparse but usable and the bedroom was fine. Better furniture layout would improve the look. Not a deal breaker and I'll use again.

Very disappointed with breakfast. A croissant and hard boiled egg. Coffee and tea were provided. I realize this is a pandemic but I think they could have done a better job. Very disappointed.

OK Hotel for the Price
We stayed at this hotel on November 6, 2020. We've stay before, but for new guests, it may be a little challenging to find the entrance and lobby. The entrance is not well marked. Once parked at the rear, you enter the building and walk back through to the front to find the lobby. Staff were friendly and efficient. The lobby and hallways were clean. Our room was clean and a nice size. However, the room we stayed in was oddly laid out, making TV watching a challenge. Bed was clean and a bit firm for our liking, but that's personal taste. The sheets and pillow cases were heavily bleached so the smell was a bit unpleasant. Due to COVID the restaurant was closed, but the kitchen was open and offered a good range of supper options from 5-8pm, and boxed breakfasts. The boxed continental breakfast contents however, were almost inedible, with a soft(?) boiled egg, very stale croissant, solidified marmalade and very old apples. Unfortunate. If boxed food options are being offered, the contents should at least be of top quality, in our opinion.
