Do not stay here. The facility seems nice but the other guests were really sketchy. Example: The people right across the hall from our room were up almost all night smoking weed and shouting at their kids for unknown reasons. That is just one of several examples I can give. Our bathroom door didn’t close all the way which made things a little awkward at times.

The room was mostly clean, except for some items left in the cabinets and food/garbage under/behind the couches. The biggest gripe we had with the room was the fact that the room was facing the back of the hotel where several dumpsters are located. Every other morning at times ranging from 5 to 7am, we were awoken by the loud banging of dump trucks coming to collect the trash. Other than that, our stay was comfortable and typical for a 'suites' hotel of this price range. We would likely visit this location again, requesting a front-facing room or one further away from the dumpsters in the back.

For the money charged, this property was not a good value. The common areas and the breakfast were good. The location was good. It was convenient. Outside, in the front bushes someone had discarded a pizza box, which sat on top of a bush Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Finally on Monday, someone removed it. There was a chicken bone on the sidewalk by the side door, that was there all week. The main door to our room was broken. It could not close by itself. The top hinge had the screws loose or pulled out, allowing the door to sag down and strike the metal door frame at the top corner above the doorknob. If you didn't put your shoulder into it and really hit it, it would not close. The pocket door inside the room was completely broken and just sitting on the floor inside the pocket. The ice maker in the room did not work. There was no common ice machine available outside. We had to take orange juice cups from the breakfast and fill them with water to freeze to have ice. There were light bulbs missing from several light fixtures. There was one live bedbug in the king size bed. I washed him down the sink. When I lifted the seat cushion from one chair, it was full of corn chip fragments, coins and confetti from a party. It was disgusting. All the hinged doors squeaked so loudly it sounded like a haunted house. Considering they charged an average of $300 a night, this property was not worth it. For that much money, you expect a pretty nice place, not a dive.

We normally really enjoy Staybridge Suites locations. This one was very different. The extra blanket for the sofa bed was covered with black hair. The bathroom was filthy. There were bare footprints on the floor. They are understaffed so no one answered the front desk phone.

My stay was unpleasant, uncomfortable, and the staff didn't care about their guest. They closed the parking lot and prevented their customers from being able to park safely on the premises. With no notice and no direction they left their customers scrambling to find parking late night without an acceptable reason. They decided to repave their parking lot without letting their customers know. We show up late in the evening and tired and we had to drive around in a circle to find a place to park and they had no signs posted about how to enter the building either. Rooms were not clean and microwave didn't work properly and was missing the plate that goes inside. Rhe staff did nothing to help.
