The bathroom tub was disgusting and there was no shower curtain, the faucet was barely holding on, the A/C doesn’t work. No fridge, no microwave, sheets were dirty. The staff was non responsive and there was a long wait time. I was somehow able to block all that out and sleep only by the grace of god. Don’t come here, you’re better off sleeping in your car. Big waste.

No pillow cases on pillows. One bed broke as my child started sitting on it. AC did not work. Toilet paper roll has dried bodily functions on it. I sadly did not think to take pictures before leaving so Expedia is being difficult about refunding my non-stay, as we ended up going elsewhere, because this place should be condemned until it can be brought up to minimum health code standards, at least. It was BAD.

DONT BOOK, UNPROFESSIONAL,SCAMMM The manger was rude. Was promised a room waited 5 plus hours after trying the check in at 3pm. Gave me 3 different number to call from because she doesn’t have anything to connected to the system for a check in or even the hotels number. Blocked me after a while of trying to get a room. The hotel isn’t even called GO2 it’s a red roof inn. Drove around property and most of the windows and doors are broken into. A full vacation day and concert was missed beaucse they were unprofessional. Was told that all house keeping quit the week prior because of said manager. Ice machine is no where provided at all this HOTEL IS A SCAMMMMMM DONT BOOK !!!!

This place was closed when I arrived and the address on the expedia is not the same as the address on maps. Not even the customer service could get in touch with the staff. I hope this property gets taken down from the expedia website. The fact that I refused to stay here while it was closed Expedia still charged me.

When we arrived to the property there was a sign on the door that said they had limited availability due to being under construction. However the area felt unsafe the manager did state they had no rooms available. That it was a system error on behalf Expedia she did not understand why they allowed me to book. She then gave me a letter stating I canceled the room. Instead of stating why we did not stay there the letter stated other wise. Just crossing my fingers I don’t get charged by the property. Other than that it is under construction this would be for someone that is single if they decide to stay there.
