Exceptional 10.0
Charming mediaval old hotel.
Located in the heart of the old town and action, with canal view from dining room. Great staff and excellent meals. Thank you

Great location
Hotel is in a beautiful location close to main square right on canal where most photographs are taken. In no car zone so had to park a ways away. No air conditioning so room was pretty warm due to 30 degree weather. Make sure to get room with canal view. Beautiful at night when all the tourists are gone. Worth staying a night in Bruge just to wander around with no crowds

Fantastic location
Lovely old hotel with amazing location on a canal. The ambience was superb. Our room, however, was so hot so we left the window open all the time (which was noisy in evening). The breakfast was very good in a lovely dining room and good service there. Front desk service was okay- not overly helpful.

Bruges charm
A fabulous place to stay. You could not ask for a better location or more authentic Bruges charm. The breakfast was excellent, as was the view from the restaurant. The only thing that could have been better was the bathroom. The tub was huge, but had a sloping ceiling over it. I would make a point of staying here again.

A little gem in the heart of the old city.
Really pretty and individual hotel right in the middle of Bruges. Its a long walk from the railway station (especially if you have rolling suitcases as it is mostly cobbled streets) so although the route is pretty I'd get a cab. Lots of character in the hotel. Quite a narrow staircase up to the rooms. No air conditioning but they did provide a fan. Lovely staff on reception.
