Excellent stay. I had accidentally put breakfast menu on floor and staff did not see it when they collected them. I proceeded to kitchen where staff was cleaning up and she prepared our food which was incredible nice.The young lady went out of her way to accommodate us which was awesome!

Perfect getaway!
Amazing stay! Hosts were attentive and responsive. The jet in our jacuzzi was broken and they let us know ahead of time - and left us chocolate covered strawberries as an apology!

Poorest Customer Service Ever!
We have stayed at many B&B's, although the location was fine, room was very nice & clean. The issue was we NEVER spoke or were introduced to the owners EVER! Everything was done through text, including check-in, key codes to enter the premises and enter the room. When we arrived we walked in to a foyer that had no reception area or person on duty what so ever! This is so poor CS for a B&B! Although we loved Newport, we will never, ever return to this site!!!
