The staff was wonderful and very compassionate. When my son needed an ambulance to be brought to the Er , they helped us as well as arranging transportation. The staff was always smiling and offering their services. Thank you so much!

Vietimme hääpäivää ja halusimme hotellin joka ei ole kaupungin keskustan hälyssä. Sää oli upea, Aurinkoinen ja ulkoilimme Näsijärven jäällä. Hotelli tarjosi mahdollisuutta yhteiseen saunahetkeen yleisten sauna-aikojen jälkeen, jälkilöylyjenpuitteissa. Oli hyvät löylyt. Viihdyimme koko viikonlopun.

Tämä hotelli yllätti positiivisesti. Perhehuoneemme oli siisti. Kaksi huonetta väliovella yhdistettynä antoi myös omaa rauhaa teineille ja meille vanhemmille. Aamiainen oli loistava.

Pieniä yksityiskohtia huomasin puuttuvan, esim. vessassa olisi saanut olla kohdentava peili ja ulkovaatteille olisin kaivannut hattuhyllyä. Verhojen välistä tuli ikävästi valoa, joka ilmeisesti heijastui rakennuksessa yön palavista valoista.

Kiva ja kohtuuhintainen hotelli n. 30-40min kävelymatkan päässä Tampereen keskustasta. Taksilla pääsi aamulla nopeasti keskustaan ja iltaisin oli kiva kävellä takaisin. Aamiainen oli runsas ja maittava. Hotelli on turvallinen. Sijainti on sairaalan vieressä, joten hotellin eri kerroksissa majoittuu esim. potilaiden omaisia. Hotellin kerroksiin pääsee vain hotellihuoneen avaimella.

Hyvät ruuat illallisella ja aamiaisella. Avulias henkilökunta, jotka avustivat myös erikoisruokavalion kanssa. Gluteenittomuus oli selkeäsri merkitty ja valinnan varaa oli.

Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä ja rauhallinen. Parkkihalli oli tarpeen, vaikkakin maksullinen. Superior huone oli viihtyisä ja isohko, lämmitystä vaan olisi haluttu säätää viileämmälle kuin 24.6 astetta (vain -3 astetta viileämpää sai tuulettimella).
