On the outskirts of centro but walkabout to city centre in 10 to 15 mins. Parking at the hotel a little expensive but unless you are going to Sierra nevada you don't need your car.

Maria at the front desk was exceptional. She was very professional, courtesy, and helpful. The sauna, jacuzzi, and general workout facilities should be free.

The hotel is fine BUT it's next to impossible to get to it by car - very inconvenient and impossible to pull up to the front door. We pulled into the entrance to the parking garage and my wife went around to the front to the desk to make arrangements to enter. Otherwise, no access from the street. Even the tour buses have to park a block away. Not sure there's anything they can do about it.

We liked the location since it was quiet and not too far from town center. We thought we could use the pool but found out it was a spa and required a fee of 30E each. At any rate the hotel was clean, our room was good and the staff helpful.

Attractive room with a fridge. Spacious bathroom. About a five minute walk to a tram line. Downtown area was 15 to 20 minute walk.

Motel with 1Star Not a Hotel with 4 Stars
It's more like a motel and not a hotel. I made a reservation for two beds, they gave us two twin beds and charged us 20 Euros extra. The air-conditioner barely worked, the beds are really old, small and uncomfortable; the pillows are old and smell like cigarettes. The very small rooms were marketed as non-smoking, but smoke was everywhere throughout the night. parking took a lot of time and it costs 18 Euros per night; it is however unaccessible. The SPA is only in the name, there's no SPA in this motel.
