The hotel itself is nice. Apparently, Venice in the summer has issues with smells coming from the interior pipes, so our room had a bit of a stench. We were told it was a common thing that time of year and there was nothing they could do. Beyond that, the room was relatively comfortable, but small. Not a lot of room for luggage. The air was functional but not very strong and you couldn't leave it running while you were away. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options. The location was excellent, at least for us as we took the train in and it's only about 900 feet away, a short 2-3 minute walk. Saved us an expensive ferry ride with our luggage. That's something to consider for sure.
