Overall a good place to stay in a great location
Overall this was a great little place in the cloud forest. It would have been nice to have slightly more secure doors and windows which would have helped with some of the noise, but overall the room was good and relatively comfortable. It would have been nice to have a small lounge area in the restaurant/bar area rather than just tables and chairs.

This is a great place! Rooms are not fancy but have good hot water and showers, decent beds, and enough blankets for chilly Monteverde nights. Breakfast was incredible! We had vegetarian Gallo Pinto, some other vegetable dish, etc. Good fuel for a hike in the cloud forest. The price was right too. The staff was friendly and attentive. You can spend a lot more but there is no need when you can just book this place.

Worst place to stay in. Washrooms were in terrible condition- shampoo and soap was expired and stinks really bad. Water from the shower was all over the bathroom floors- I had to use all my towels to dry it out.

Wonderful hotel
This was a wonderful hotel!! The staff at the front desk were exceptional. Maria was so helpful. Very clean room with gorgeous well kept grounds. One of the best.
