Room was clean. Pool very nice and warm

Good service and everything you would expect from a 90s spa-hotel.

Lovely surroundings and two good restaurants with shared terrace and also a small Angry Birds kids playground. It would have been useful to know whether the room is in the main building (former factory) or the second building (former block of flats). We missed the croissants from the breakfast.

The room was clean and quiet for families. The restaurant was relaxed and food was excellent. The spa was very enjoyable, although I advise checking with the hotel service of the opening times of the spa as they r currently reduced due to COVID-19 restrictions. My children were disappointed they could not go for a morning swim after breakfast.

The view of Tampere lake and the comfy beds, plus the free breakfast included and Spa pool.

Brilliant location, historic building (though the hotel is modern and in a different modern block connected by a covered walkway). The quietest hotel room we ever stayed in! Comfy beds and large rooms; the balcony was a bonus. Breakfast was plentiful, varied and beautifully presented and prepared. All the servers we came across were cheerful and professional. Bus service to town was very good though the walk to city centre doesn’t take much more than 20 mins. The only fly in the ointment was housekeeping... a bit haphazard when it came to making beds! Obviously it depends on the crew member on duty but should not fluctuate from brilliant to less than satisfactory. All said and done, we will definitely look at staying in this hotel again!

Superior room with lake-view had amazing view to Näsijärvi. Big balcony for the summer, tidy room with microwave, Iron& ironing board, bath robe, water heater etc. Breakfast was good. Very helpful staff.

We stayed for one night and was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. The spa was excellent, meals were varied and well prepared and staff were very friendly

A nice and relaxing place for families. Not spectacular but overall good. Good beds, quiet rooms. Spa area quite busy but what else would you expect on a cloudy day in July (less people between 5pm-7pm). Buffet, ala carte and pizza place offer variety.

We stayed in a suite with a sauna and lake view and spa access. We enjoyed the stay a lot. We would recommend to book a room with lake view, otherwise we would rather stay in the city centre. We would book this room again.
