    We loved Conrad. We have stayed here before. The Filipino Hospitality is always the best wherever you go though. We would choose to come here again when going to Manila. They have excellent restaurants, beautiful pool and gym.

    Almost everything was great except for the last day, while waiting to be seated at the breakfast buffet, they accommodated a couple that came in way after we did. The host immediately noticed our discomfort and approached us to explain that they were cleaning a table for us. When we went in, there was no clean table yet, they were rushing to clean it. We were at this restaurant (Brasserie) the previous night and it was EXCELLENT, especially the server RAUL. The pool staff was also great. Not the same feeling the next morning for the breakfast buffet.

    The location could not be more convenient! Walking distance- literally-steps away to S Maison Mall and with bridgeway to SM Mall of Asia. I would like to commend the Concierge staff, transportation section, Randy Raga and Felix for providing excellent services to guests, including myself. Special thanks likewise to housekeeping staff, Brasserie on 3 staff, and Clounge staff for a wonderful and efficient service. My room is very spacious and met my needs well with comfortable bed, usual amenities and a nice functional bathroom. Complimentary bottled water very helpful. Areas that needs improvement: Front Desk check in staff. My hotel reservation consist of a split rate booking. The front desk staff did not tell me that I had to check out after my first day reservation so I got surprised when I can't use my room card to use the elevator. I asked assistance from the security personnel so I can use the elevator then when I reached my room, I can't open my room door anymore. I went to Front desk staff and asked what was happening, and she told me I was supposed to check out before 12 noon that day that's why I was locked out of my room. I was disappointed by her reply, why would I check out after one day when I had a 3 days fully paid reservation in Conrad Hotel. During the check in process, the front desk staff was in a hurry to collect the Php 15,000 hotel deposit without even explaining the split rate booking policy of the hotel.
