Hotel estava bastante cheio. Achei decepcionante não ter mesas suficientes pra todos os hóspedes na hora do jantar. Nosso quarto estava com o chuveiro quebrado e tivemos q mudar de quarto às 23:00, pois foi a hora q tomamos banho pra ir dormir. Comida razoável. Deveria ter mais opções pelo preço q se cobra. Estrutura não atende bem as exigências de um resort, porém muito agradável. Restaurante distante da estrutura da piscina. No mais ok!

Dei por visto! Não pretendo voltar.
Viajamos em família (éramos 15 pessoas) e todos os hóspedes ficaram decepcionados com a estadia. As instalações do hotel são muito básicas e falta manutenção em diversos locais. Achei que a limpeza também deixou a desejar. No quarto da minha mãe apareceu barata e o cheiro de esgoto era muito forte e desagradável, além de ter uma goteira no teto do banheiro. Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos, esse foi o aspecto positivo, juntamente com a paisagem do local, que é linda! Acho que o hotel poderia ser menor pra darem conta da manutenção e limpeza de forma mais eficiente. Não pretendo voltar. Acho que paguei caro pelo que recebi.

Entretanto, o chek-in é demorado, pois se divide em duas etapas, sendo o próprio hóspede que deve fazer o registro dos docs e depois ir à recepção. As acomodações são amplas, mas os banheiros precisam ser modernizados (almofada do vaso está gasta, torneira vazando, chuveirinho quebrado, piso encardido); os travesseiros estão com as espumas amareladas e endurecidas.

O hotel poderia investir mais na questão dos petiscos, pois hotel beira mar, deveria oferecer petiscos ou caldos de frutos do mar, questão das bebidas também deveriam melhorar na questão das bebidas quentes e geladas, cerveja e chopp não são de boa qualidade, os drinks deveriam ofertar com mais variedades de frutas, só tem 1 fruta o resto é polpa de fruta.
