Very friendly staff, food nice, cleaning need improvement as stained bed covers, bathroom tiles dirty, dirt over bathtub, shower difficult to set water temperature as going very cold and then very hot while water is running, poor water pressure in shower

I was disappointed with my stay. No hot water in my room. En suite bathroom had a bathtub but hotel refused to provide bath gel or even shower gel. Morning receptionist was nice though (a gentleman)

2 night geat away
We were a couple staying for a short 2 night break. The hotel seemed clean and the girl on reception friendly and helpful. The beds in the room are not very comfortable and rooms are quite small but fine for a couple of nights. The walls are paper thin in the rooms and can hear everything in the next rooms and above. Its a great location to explore Eastbourne from.
