Unhelpful receptionists.
Staff at reception were abysmal. Could not/would not help. Microwave broken, coffee machine broken. Poor quality breakfast. Swimming pool not open despite reassurance from reception that it wld be open the next day. Room was furthest away from reception and they wldn’t move us. Hotel had changed it’s name and there was no name on the outside of the building. It was easy to use the ferry with handy parking next to the terminal. However the staff didn’t know that when asked.

It works...
I normally do not stay in hotels. I stay with friends and family. This hotel has excellent rooms and service staff friendly and accommodating. To me it is a 4 star hotel for sure.
