The views from the poolside were amazing! Lovely little pool with comfy sunbeds to chill. We paid the extra €10 for breakfast which was worth it and also ate there in the evening for the sunset views - food was average quality, more expensive than other restaurants in Megalochori but you're getting the sunset view. The hotel arranged airport pickup and drop off at the port with Marcos for €40 per journey. Free bottle of water in the fridge on arrival and a payable mini bar & snacks. Would definitely recommend this hotel, it was perfect for our one night stay before catching the ferry to other islands.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Everything exceeded our expectations. The room was beautiful, modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring the island. Even the bathroom amenities stood out—they were clearly high-quality products, not the typical hotel toiletries. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh and delicious options without feeling overwhelming. The entire hotel was beautifully maintained, clean, and had such a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. Everyone was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The highlight, however, was the breathtaking view. We booked a room with a private jacuzzi, and it was one of the best decisions we made. The water was pleasantly warm, making it perfect to enjoy in the evenings while watching the incredible Santorini scenery. The jacuzzi was even cleaned during our three-day stay, which showed the hotel’s attention to detail and high standards. We truly loved every aspect of our stay and would recommend this hotel without hesitation. We would happily stay here again!

Amazing staff. Sophia treated us like family. The breakfast is better than most restaurants. The entire staff is professional, courteous and friendly. The room was spotless and well equipped. The view is amazing. The pool and dining area is beautiful. I can’t say enough great things about it. We will come back to Santorini just for the hotel. Thank you Sophia. I stayed in Grand View for 6 nights in which I received the most impeccable hospitality! Management were very helpful when coming to any inquiries I had about the area (Megalochori) alongside booking activities. The staff always met me with a smile on their faces and a positive attitude throughout my stay, especially the cleaners that went above and beyond even in times I would not request for my room to be cleaned. The hotel couldn’t be in another perfect spot; you can view the sunset from the hotel alongside the whole landscape of Santorini which was absolutely mesmerising! I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone considering booking, it’s truly an experience in Santorini you wouldn’t want to miss out on!

We visited in March and the weather was cold and very windy. We had a Jacuzzi suite which never got warmer than a cool bathtub. The lounge chairs were comfortable but very low to the ground and difficult to get out of. The staff was very accommodating and the resort was very well kept. Spectacular views!

This is a small intimate hotel, but the more superior rooms (e.g. those with a hot tub) have great privacy and stunning views. Our hot tub was perfectly heated throughout our stay, which was needed given the weather this time of year can be variable. The staff were super friendly, professional and accommodating, always available via WhatsApp to help arrange transfers/lifts across the island at short notice. Given taxis on the island are few and far between, and we were drinking vinsanto most days, this was invaluable - the only alternative would be car rental and considerably less vinsanto! The hotel is a great location for the best vineyards on the island, and very convenient for both Fira, Oia and the airport. All in all, a lovely modern, convenient hotel, with great staff and incredible views. Would stay again!
