"Room 1 air-conditioning was not strong even in the nights and left it on the whole day and 4 nights. We opted to sleep our heads on the feet area of the bed to feel the aircon. Otherwise, most of the staff very good, done excellent job and friendly. Another thing one of the Male reception staff took the Clients from Febry. I only confirmed and changed the time of our booked massage by Febry but this staff made a booking from another Company. We were halfway of our room massage, when the massage people with ferby came. NOT IMPRESS WITH THAT PERSON. To compromised Ferby."

"Bottom line is we enjoyed this hotel very muc! The room (A03) was cottage style and had a very old fashioned feel. The view from our room was a view of the harbour and Mount Angung. We could see the mountain top with the clouds below it and it was amazing. The shower handle was broken and the button to change from overhead shower to hand held was sticky. Aside from that the room was great! The pool was a 18 inches deep at the shallow end and about 1.2 meters at the deep end. There was plenty of sun for most of the beach chairs and seats in the pool for the poolside bar. The restaurant was joined and directly behind the pool chairs giving us the ability to transition from meal to relaxation at our leisure. The sunset can be seen from the edge of the pool but it is not a direct view. There is a dock at the hotel so if you plan to snorkel (which is why you go to Nusa Penida) then just let the snorkeling company know and they will pick you up and drop you off there. If you are a stay at the hotel resort type then this is a great place for you. If you want to go and the rest of the island it may be inconvenient. You can walk from the beach and town up to the resort but it is a kilometer walk and rough terrain. "The villa was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The garden and pool were very pretty with a stunning view over the countryside. Breakfast was included even though it wasn't listed as such and there was plenty of choice. A bit of a hike to the restaurant each day, but helped to burn the extra calories taken on board. Made (the owner) was extremely friendly and polite. He should be very proud of his Restaurant/bar, his villas and the soon to be spa which I'm sure will be just as good. Thank you for a lovely stay."
