This was a lovely little B&B. Just a stone throw away from the little town and beach. The room had everything we needed and was very clean. Shame there was no breakfast at this time but plenty of places around to eat. Unfortunately the guest staying in the next room to us argued both nights, very loudly, but obviously wasn't no fault of anyone. Would love to stay again.

The room we was in had a very damp musty smell. Not as clean as I expected. Furniture old n worn.

Parking near to the property is difficult at best! on arrival I received two visitors scratchcards to put in the windscreen of my car, but unfortunately it was too late i'd got a parking ticket! i'm disputing it at the moment so we'll see! Nice friendly welcome, I was on the second floor, which was in the roof space, not the best room, it had a very low angular part to the ceiling which had a single bed under it, I wouldn't recommend that room for more than two people, I found myself ducking down as I walked to the bathroom. The free wifi was nonexistent, light and shaving plug socket didn't work, tv remote was broken, the window to the room was so close to the building next door that I had to leave the curtains closed as there wasn't any privacy. I was very disappointed with the fact there was no breakfast, it was put down to covid 19! As I walked around the town of Whitby over the few days I stayed, I saw plenty of B&Bs serving breakfast with no issues! It wasn't as if it was a big hotel with many guests to deal with, it had 7 rooms, they could have had us eat at separate times, or at least gave us the option. I have stayed in many B&Bs in Whitby, this was the worst I'm sorry to say, definitely won't be Staying there again!

The bed was terrible. I'm not sure there were any springs in it & it was obviously old. Never slept a wink, told the owner, to no reaction at all! Never again.
