Great Stay
We had a great time at the Wyndham Grand. There are shuttles to the Disney parks which was very helpful. Candidly, it would be better if there were more times for the shuttles to come home from the parks. Return times were few and far between. The parks are close enough that we were able to get Ubers to and from for reasonable prices but shuttle would be better. The rooms were clean and spacious. AC worked great and shower always had hot water. The restaurants were pricey but the sushi at Bar 1521 was incredible. They also have a cafe in the lobby that has some breakfast stuff and some starbucks drinks. The pool bar/restaurant has a filtered water station to refill your water bottle. It was closed before we left for the Disney parks, it would be better if there were more water bottle stations or maybe one in the lobby. We would stay here again.

Good experience and stay
The pool and area are great. The balcony view of the Disney firworks is cool and the food/drinks at the hotel were all great. My only issue was the shower. The water was either boiling hot or freezing cold. If you try to get an in between, the pipes banged so loud in the wall I honestly thought construction was being done in the next room the first time it happened.

The water heater quit working on the second day of our stay, we called the front desk & they sent someone up to correct the issue, they also credited us the resort fee and parking fee for our inconvenience.Apart from the issue with the water heater, my only complaint is in regards to their pillows. They’re so flimsy, here I am 3 days later & Im still suffering from head & neck pain. The mattresses are divine but the pillows are terrible. I will definitely bring my own pillows next time. Overall, the place is great, this is my go to hotel every time my family & I visit the Orlando area & I most definitely will visit again.
