Friendly, accommodating and helpful staff. Free pick up and drop off to airport. That saves you 100 soles (taxis charge 50 soles each way). 15 minute walk to plaza mayor or 5 soles cab ride. Breakfast includes fruits, fresh bread, juices, ham and fresh cheese and they make omelette and eggs upon request. Hot water and portable heaters in the room Very happy with our stay here.

Exceptional 10.0
Stayed at the hotel for a total of 7 days in September in two different rooms. The staff was very friendly, eager and helpful. They even pick you up from the airport if needed. Location is about a 15 min walk to Plaza des Armas. Lots of restaurants and shops around the hotel. It costs about 5 soles for a cab to Plaza des Armas. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Portable heaters in the room. Wifi works well. There's always hot water for showers. Clean bathroom. Staff understands English but doesn't speak it well but able to help once the problem is identified. Never had a problem communicating with them but I do know quite a bit of Spanish. Our second room was facing the street which can be noisy during the day. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for people travelling to Cusco

Very Good 8.0
Good location, great service
The staff at this hotel were extremely courteous and helpful, they were wonderful! The breakfast was good--simple. Plenty of hot water and teas were available around the clock. Only drawbacks for me was that it was a little loud - doors are thin and you can hear people stomping up and down the stairs, and the WIFI unfortunately didn't reach my room on the 4th floor. Everything else was good. The location was great, the daily cleaning service good, and staff wonderful.

Excellent service
This hotel has amazing service!! They had a solution for our every question. The breakfast is awesome!! They stored our bags during our trek, got our laundry done and set up a last minute ride to the sacred valley. It’s a really nice walk to the plaza while being in a more real section of town. I highly recommend it!!

Good stay.
I liked the hotel, location, cleanliness, breakfast was fresh and had variety of cereal, fruits and natural juices, eggs were made to order to my liking. The staff lived on the premises and were friendly, taxi service was prompt and restaurants were close to the hotel. Only negative I have to say is that fresh towels were brought to me the night before I went on a tour and when I came back the room had been serviced and the fresh towels have been removed leaving me only one bath towel.
