    Wife Says Best Vacation Ever!
Perfect trip! We travel quite a bit with our young daughter and my wife says this was the only vacation where she truly got to relax. We just booked a return trip! My 5-year old daughter loved at how much they did for her: gift on arrival, kid’s robe, cookies in the room, and even a special setup in the bathroom for a kid’s bath.

    Outstanding!
The Four Seasons in Baltimore is an excellent property. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, the restaurants are excellent, and the room we had was amazing.

    Baltimore's Best
It was a beautiful hotel, the beds were nice and firm yet very comfortable-this is why I prefer the Four Seasons over Marriott. Marriott beds are much too soft and I can barely get out of them not to mention they kill my back. The air was a little dry in the room, my only complaint but I was too lazy to call for a humidifier Valet service was exceptional, polite and quick!

    Very Good 8.0
Nice hotel but service at hotel restaurant sucked
My hubby and I did a staycation at the Baltimore property. Had a room with a fantastic view. Really appreciate the upgrade we received. The bed was just okay, surprisingly. I had difficulty getting comfortable throughout the night but my husband slept fine. Was also surprised that there were no USB ports for charging cell phones. Instead, they had an outdated iPhone docking station that was not compatible with my iPhone X. They need to upgrade that. There were no ports anywhere in the room, just plugs but not attached to the nightstand line many hotels. Service at the Bygone was pretty awful. We missed breakfast that ended at 10:30 am on a Saturday! Who does that? So, we decided to wait for lunch which we were told started at 11 am. We get up there and no one greets us. We had to find someone and then were told to wait about 5 minutes as they transition from breakfast to lunch. There were seats in the main dining room but we were told to wait out in a lounge area. Well, 15 minutes goes by and we find someone again to inquire and were told to wait yet another 15 minutes. No one ever offered us a drink, coffee or anything. The hostess was not very customer friendly, stating that we tell people there may be a wait. She says this in a rather dismissive tone. Well, then don’t say you will start serving at 11 am. I recognize that the Bygone is not owned by Four Seasons but it is the main restaurant in the hotel. But the hotel should make sure customers are treated well.

I think we have been guests ten or so times at this point and every time they make us feel so special.

    Four Seasons never disappoints.
Had a small issue with the AC in the bedroom when I arrived and it took 2 trips to fix but other than that everything was awesome. Great pool and hottub. Within walking distance of all Inner Harbor attractions and right next to a stop on for the water taxi. Loch's Bar has the best lobster roll. Definitely going back for another long weekend.
