Beautiful Hotel in a Prime Location
Quebec’s is a very beautiful hotel, our room was very big, and had really nice elements to it. I do feel as long some aspects were a little dated, but that is only to my taste. However, one thing I think could change is the CD player in the room. I think it’s a really great feature to have a speaker in a room, but this one is very old and does not work with phones, there’s a phone jack but it’s not to fit any newer phones, which the majority of people have. So unless you bring a CD with you, you won’t be able to listen to any music. Aside from that, the staff seemed really kind and helpful, the hotel is in a brilliant location and the price we paid for the room was very affordable.

Just a day away at Quebecs Hotel.
Although we only stayed one night and left the next evening, the staff made us feel very welcome and nothing, not even my requesting a simple glass of water, was too much trouble. The hotel was at first sight, a little dated, but because it is a listed building, the whole hotel, inside and out, is protected by building regulations. It is traditional and modern by turns while being cosy, comfortable and clean. The staff, especially Caroline on Reception, (who went out of her way to be friendly, but courteous, helpful and delightful - inspired recommendations of room AND restaurant!), were also very polite, efficient and friendly. I would definitely go back there again if I were to return to Leeds (also a great city and lovely people). It was a really special, albeit too brief, experience. Give me an excuse and I'll be back! (steady Arnie...).

Comfortable stay in City Centre
Traditional hotel in convenient city centre location with good sized rooms and comfortable beds. Service was excellent and staff were very friendly. Although there is no restaurant, food is available in the fourth floor breakfast room, and the Porters Lodge bar.
