No customer focus
The hotel has a clear focus on running the business, not the customer. This is different to other years we have stayed. Check in was painful and long. They don’t give room to anyone when it’s ready which creates long lines. And staff has to go and get bags. You have to book and pay for the pool in the hotel, and if you have a teenager that is under 16, you can’t go after 15. Meaning that you can’t swim if you only stay one night. Again not focused on the customer. You also have to book a time for breakfasts. So you can’t wake up and go when you want and go. Our room was small, and no window to the outside. Overall we did not enjoy the stay.
