I had the worst experience ever. Who would believe that the hotel staff at the front desk will steal the customer and charge their credit card without approval from the cardholder? I paid everything at the checkout and paid cash for all the extra charges, however, I was surprised that I was charged the amount that I paid cash after 10 hours from the checkout!!!! The credit card that they used wasn’t the same one I paid for the deposit at the check-in, it was a different one that I used for purchasing food and drinks at the bar. Two different accounts. When I emailed them they denied and when I showed a copy of my statement they called and tried everything you could imagine just to get themselves out of it. It took like 3 days of calling back and forth and they never refund my money 290$.
Be careful and double-check and NEVER trust them.
