Over price highly disappointed
I arrived at the Grove at 10 am hoping for an early checkin since I had received an email stating I can pay for early checkin. Unfortunately that was not the case, I was allowed in the room at 3:45pm. The room was nice, 3 bedroom 3 bath superior room, however one of the towels was dirty, blood and poop stains. The tubs drained slow in two of the bathrooms. You’re taking a shower but tub fills up like your taking a bath. I wanted a late checkout but was told because I booked the most expensive room I couldn’t get a late check out. I wanted to check out at 12 since flight wasn’t until 7. The front desk said I couldn’t do it because I have a superior view room. So my take away was… you get punished for spending over 2K for a room. I was disappointed at the water park, I was expecting so much more. Someone took a dump in the pool, life guards standing around like they didn’t have a clue of how to clean it. Not a good first impression. I will not revisit the grove.

Family Vacation
We love The Grove Resort! This is the 2nd time we go and will continue to go back. Staff is great, rooms are clean, water park and pools are fun and clean! Views from our room were beautiful, every bedroom and the living room had a view of Surfari Water Park!
