Outrigger Koh Samui Beach Resort, Koh Samui

Outrigger really needs a make over it looks really dated with alot of the wood needing a good sand and polish, the shower was terrible, customer service on arrival was great then after initial greeting was poor and when we checked out was quite rude, it's also fairly out of the way and has limited shuttle bus times compared to other places we have stayed, for the price we payed for this I give it 2/5

The Resort needs a serious upgrade for the price . Staff were extremely friendly & helpful .

Beautiful location, slightly out of the way and secluded with a private beach. The grounds and architecture is beautiful and welcoming.

Villas on complex were a bit tired and dated patio doors wooden and very old and rattle food and drink overpriced and all in all outrigger is overpriced and I would certainly not recommend I upgraded on arrival to have a bigger pool all in all dots me roughly £300 per night ridiculous staying in Sheraton for half the price beautiful also very remote everything 15 30 min walk

Location is fantastic, short ride to town but far enough away to get relaxation. Just outside the gate is taxi service, car/scooter hire, 7/11, money exchange and a Thai massage service. Staff are wonderful.

The outrigger is a lovely resort and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are done nicely and the plunge pools are great

Overall a fantastic hotel. The whole team are brilliant and will cater to your every need - you cannot fault their hospitality. Specially Su on the bar who always looked after us with the most amazing cocktails, plus Milk in the restaurant remembering our names from the first day we arrived and always being a happy face to say hello to you. The management team and guest services also brilliant. We did have a few problems during our stay with toilets / showers but were quickly resolved. We also upgraded our room for the last few days - a pool villa is a must in my opinion. Overall a great hotel, excellent service for both food and drinks, would recommend to anyone who is looking for a piece of paradise in Koh Samui.

The property was amazing the staff are fantastic. The only downside is it’s a bit outside of town and the transfers On Koh Samui coat more than they would on the mainland. There isn’t any real entertainment at the resort they do cooking classes and seafood nights but there is no music or performance on any nights.. if you have your international drivers license which only cost $39 you can hire a scooter from just outside the resort for $10 a day and go exploring

Stayed in one bedroom villa with pool and it was well worth it. The pool was huge and the villa was huge as well. Staff and mangement at hotel were help and always had a smile on their faces. I will definately stay at his hotel again and highly recommend it. Had an amazing 8 nights stay

The resort was beautiful, in a fantastic location with what was essentially a private beach. the dining facilities looked over the ocean, and it was just beautiful and serene. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was the staff that made it that much better - such warm helpful, friendly people who bent over backwards to make our stay amazing. the staff are an absolute asset to the resort.
