Stay if you only need a place to sleep.
If you want something got to go to them and speak face to face. Internal phone call are usually not manned. Self-top up water. Saw a sick person refilling and drinking from the bottle and top up again. The nozzle of water dispenser is immediately contaminated. The bills provided are not up to normal standards. Take shortcuts.

Clean and comfortable just as described.
This hotel is really really nice. The weather was pouring rain the whole time I was there and I was feeling unwell so I spent most of the time in the room and it was the most comfortable and clean room ever and exactly what I needed. The staff are so helpful as well. Unfortunately my room was opposite the cleaning cupboard so I was woken up around 4/5am both nights be loud voices and banging. Otherwise the stay was perfect. There are also free drinking water refill stations which is great and eco friendly.
