This place is classified as a Hotel and it is NOT at all like a hotel. It is more like a hostel! I had the reservation on my phone, showed it to her and she had no idea what she was doing. Lights in hallway are on an automatic timer and don't come on until after dark. People are pulling luggage up and down stairs in the dark. Room has 1 glass! First night hubby and I shared the glass while drinking wine. Second night I went and asked for a glass. After being questioned I finally got it. Only 2 bath towels in room. No bathmat, hand towel, facecloth etc. Said we could have more bath towels. No towel bar but the ends were still there. Had to hang wet towels in the closet. Coffee in lobby, good luck if her need cream or milk, they only supply sugar. Place is cheap, cheap, cheap!!!! Will never stay there again!!!!!

Fair 4.0
Decent hotel, if you dont like any peace and quiet. It’s right on the main road and loud buses and trucks go by at all hours. We were ok with its character but the noise was way to much.

Bad all round....Avoid this place
We registered for a triple room for our family of 3. We were originally shown to a room on the 3rd floor which had one double and one single bed stuffed into a space which barely held them. The flooring was broken and deteriorated in several areas...and the room stank.... it was terrible. We immediately decided not to stay at the hotel but after visiting reception, we were unable to get a refund. We then asked to see other rooms that might be better. They had two larger rooms open ...which were twice as large as the original room we were given. This room was also pretty basic...well weathered ...but at least it didn’t have the unbearable smell of the first one. The road in front of the hotel is a major route for not only buses but transport trucks. They rumble by day and night, shaking the balcony doors and booming through the place. I usually sleep through anything but not this.... very bad location. Also, pictures of the pool area on line greatly misrepresent the size of the pool and surrounding area..... overall a bad experience. We would never consider staying here again.

Very Good 8.0
Great location but not if your a light sleeper .
Booked during high season, so when I needed a room change due to noise from the room next door or down the hall , they weren’t able to accommodate for a similar room. They kept telling me to come back the following day to see if there were any cancellations and when there was one they wanted to charge me extra. The pool area is well maintained but doesn’t get any sun. Water is provided in a water cooler down the hall and in the lobby, so it’s good to have an empty bottle or canteen empty for refills. Coffee was shotty at times they had some in the morning at other times they didn’t. If it’s your first time in Vallarta mak pé sure you bring your own conditioner and body lotion and if you have dry hair bring your own shampoo.

Good location. No elevator. Nice people. Good restaurants around. Plenty of expats. PV has evolved over the years.
