    Good cheap room.
The room was a good size, had air conditioning and a fridge so all we needed. The only thing we disliked was the shower curtain that was very dirty and needed to be replaced. But the manager was super nice to us when we left allowing us to leave our luggages in a locked room while we went to eat. We got what we paid for.

Not for old people rely on public transit
The manager of the hotel is very nice; great river view; AC and elevator works well.Room size is ok considering in Tokyo. But, I will not stay here again for the following reasons 1. too far away from public transit, 2 miles round trip everyday, it was brutal for old people 2. bathtub was too old to clean, it was dirty. 3. bathroom was so small, not even room for changing cloth in there. 4. the floor in the room was not even, there is a big bump right by the bed. 5. there are more stairs to climb after you step out of elevator, if you have lots of luggage, not convenient. But if you have a car and doesn't mind all the above inconvenience. The price of this hotel is very cheap.

What you pay is what you get
Not much was right next to hotel and all the normal transportation is really far away. Not the best place for people who can't walk much. Getting to the center by transportation takes rather long time. Good place for those who care about money and not the comfort. I booked this hotel for my mom and had to change for another one. Also there was no soap in the hotel which was really frustrating.

This is not an hotel room, but an apartment hotel so no room service. Once you know that, it's pretty decent. Room size is good, bedding is OK. Situation is good, 10m walk to subway station
