Great location, good experience, quaint French Hotel. Close to train station and lively fun area with lots of restaurants. Only negatives are the bathroom towels are terribly thin and old. Also, the wine selection needs improving, tried both reds they have, and could not drink them. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay.

This is a quaint hotel with lots of charm. The room was tiny but clean, and we had a nice view of the city. Staff were helpful. The big minus was no air conditioning in +30 heat. They did give us a fan. Loved the garden courtyard!

Stayed for 2 nights in June. Quaint Heritage style hotel located on the main strip in Reims, so great location. Rooms were very clean, but had no air conditioning. Great little courtyard area to sit and have a drink. Staff were pleasant and helpful when asked. It's a 3 star hotel, but very good value for the $$$.

Nice room - clean and comfortable. The garden in the courtyard is wonderful and away from busy street. The outside of the hotel and halls need some fresh paint. Great location. All in all good value.

This is truly a hidden gem. Everything from the quite courtyard off a busy pedestrian street to the cute hotel and rooms was perfect. We stayed for only one night however we were so pleased with our stay. This hotel is also located on a pedestrian boulevard with so many great restaurants and bars. It is also only 5 min from the rail station and about 10-15 min from the amazing Reims Cathedral.

Only steps from the central station and very easy to find, this hotel is charming but does show its age. Walls very thin so there's no ignoring a conversation at normal volume in the next room or doors being slammed shut down the hall. The stairway could be more well lit, even just late in the day with an overcast sky it was hard to see the steps. Bed was very comfy and there are loads of shops and restos nearby. Overall a pleasant stay.

Nice hotel in a really good position with a street full of restaurants outside and it looks decent. Polite staff, decent breakfast and we enjoyed our stay. Parking - nightmare. You have to park in the public car park which is underground so you've got to lug your cases up a lot of steps before you get to reception

For one night or two the hotel is fine. It's extremely well located, clean and does the job. Paid underground parking out front (great for the hot summer months). It's a little dated, and didn't have any air con in the room, but what it lacked it made up for in price - we enjoyed a delicious meal on the same street with the money we saved by staying here. We were, however, awoken around 11pm by reception due to some administrative error.

The hotel is in a really good position next to an underground car park. The courtyard is a very picturesque place to sit out, and the dining room and reception areas have a very classic french hotel feel to them. The bathroom and shower were clean and recently refurbished. Unfortunately there was no hot water on the evening when we arrived. There was hot water in the morning
