Great hotel in the cneter of Cusco
This is a beautiful palce to stay. It has an awesome courtyard. The servifde was first rate. The breakfast which was included was very good. You are literally in the heart of Cusco so you can't be in a better location. Also, the price was very reasonable. In short, cannot recommend this place higly enough.

Do not miss it!
The hotel was great, very nice staff, always happy to help, very clean, central location. Very much recommended.

Fair 4.0
Unwelcoming staff and unreasonable policies
Unwelcoming staff, unattractive rooms, noisy hallways, freezing cold lobby. I checked in with my passport and wanted to meet my business colleagues who were in the breakfast area to coordinate our day. I reassured the staff that I already ate but they followed me to remind me I couldn’t eat unless I paid an extra 40. When another colleague who was part of the same team staying elsewhere wanted to change clothes they told me she couldn’t come to my room. Overall rude staff who smiled through gritted teeth and blamed me for making what I would consider reasonable requests. Not business friendly. Very unperuvian. I stayed next door at cooper the other night and had a five star experience with charming decor and wonderful staff at a lower cost compared to this two star experience. The only good thing at Ramada is the location, breakfast, and professional taxi drivers though you will pay for it. If you’re looking for a happy experience avoid Ramada and go next door to Cooper.
