I had an early departure and was leaving well before breakfast opened. I was offered a sandwich, juice, apple and a hot drink to take with me instead. Made my train journey so much happier! Thank you!

Broken TV and no coffee
Great location near city center. Surprisingly there was no water heater, coffee, or tea in the room. TV remote control was broken and the TV needed to be restarted frequently, as it stopped responding. The front desk's reply was that the remotes often fail to work when the TV is turned on manually. Not a satisfying answer since the TV did this several times while watching. They also didn't offer to replace the remote when we told them it had a missing battery cover, which meant the batteries kept falling off.

The staff were incredibly friendly and the location is very central and conveniently located right next to the train station. The daily room cleaning wasn't as thorough as I am used to but it sufficed.

My view was the train station, which was awesome. What is also awesome are their windows! Once you closed the window, you couldn’t hear a thing! Great hotel and lovely staff. I would definitely stay here again.
