Suite Art Navona, Rome
Perfect boutique hotel in piazza navona
My husband and I have stayed at suite art navona many times since 2012. This boutique hotel is perfectly situated near piazza navona. It is a well kept, modern beautiful hotel with staff that are courteous and helpful and go out of their way to help and assist their guests. One example is on our recent trip to Italy ( we just stayed there sept 19th) there was a bottle of wine and welcome letter in our room and as we travelled to the amalfi coast for a few days from Rome we left our luggage there in storage so we only had to travel with backpacks. This hotel never fails to impress us we will be back again!

Convenient location
We were a little shocked to walk into the door right off the street and no one is there. No lobby. You have to walk up about 5 steps with your luggage to get to the tiny elevator. There was a reception desk upstairs and the staff was very nice. The room was very small, bed was extremely hard, no box spring, just a fairly thin mattress. The closet consisted of a metal rack one step down in the room. Be careful in the middle of the night not to fall down. Lighting was very poor. Bathroom was clean but in need of renovation with its yellow painted floor and bowl sink that took up the whole vanity. The location was very good. We walked to Trevi Fountain and Piazza Navona just outside the hotel was always hopping with many restaurants, gelato places and lots of people.

Perfect location in Rome steps from piazza Navona.
This is our second and third stay at Suite Art Navona. We stayed in 2013 and again the beginning of September at the beginning of our Italian trip on a cruise and at the end before leaving Italy. The hotels location in Rome is perfect. Just steps from the Piazza Navona it's central location can't be beat. The staff are incredible and the room sizes are a tad small but typical of a boutique hotel in Italy. On our first stay at the beginning of our trip we were given a larger room ((our kids had a smaller one) but the bathroom was painted black and so very difficult to see when applying make up or doing hair. At the end of the trip upon our return we were actually put in the room our kids had which while smaller -had a bathroom which was painted white and it was much easier to see. Location location location. It cannot be beat and we will definitely return on our next trip.

Great staff and place. Only issues were fairly loud when people walked outside the room and the lighting in the room was quite dim
