We got let in an hour earlier on arrival which was kind however it wasn’t very easy to locate. We wasn’t very happy that we paid for a double bed and it was two singles and two single duvets. Also the bed wasn’t comfy at all all you could feel was the springs. The shower wasn’t great as the ventilator wasn’t working so when we tried to have a shower the fire alarm was set off. We was very disappointed with our experience at this hotel.

Das Hotel ist modern und gut ausgestattet, unser Zimmer war sauber und das Bett war sehr gemütlich. Wir hatten eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Wasserkocher im Zimmer und der Lavazza Kaffee war echt lecker! Wir haben das Frühstück im Bett in Anspruch genommen, es gab Saft, Brötchen, Joghurt, Aufstrich, Käse und Salami. War auch lecker und reichlich! Der Strand ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und wir haben vor der Polizei geparkt auf der Straße und für 24 Stunden preiswert. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

Great value, tidy hotel in a nice spot.
Small hotel in the seaside resort of Zandvoort, just a few streets back from the seafront. I was here for a trade show in Amsterdam which was just a 45 minute/20 Euro train and metro ride away. Really nice to get out of the city actually as it can take 45 mins to get back to a city centre hotel when the RAI chucks out. Hotel was great value for money and the staff all super friendly and super helpful. My room was a bit odd as it only had a skylight (no windows). You have to be a bit careful when you open that up in the mornings! The room was a bit basic, but everything was comfy, clean, and worked fine and even had a great little in room Lavaza coffee machine. The hotel have (pay for) parking but it's in the streets behind if you can find a space. So drop your bags and passengers first, grab the parking pass then go and park your car, otherwise it could be a hell of a walk back with bags and/or kids. There are a few good restaurants and bars in the centre too. I'll be back next year!

Pretty terrible service on every level - owner who feels he can be abusive to you - receptionist who shouts at you - despite booking a bed and breakfast rate, they stopped serving breakfast two months ago and the manager tells you to go to hell

2nd time of staying here to visit luminosity. The rooms downstairs are more spacious and better than the ones upstairs - Owners are welcoming and local area good. Facilities are good and location good.
