Great location
Pros: great location with supermarket, pastry shop, restaurants and shopping right outside the door. Front end staff very friendly and accommodating. Cons: only a small brass label beside the door, so not easy to find at the start. Clean towels smelled like cigarette smoke.

Great place, tricky to find
Our stay was ok at the Navona Suites but finding it was a bit difficult and very confusing to be honest. The door is between a cafe and a restaurant with a very tiny sign that says the hotel's name on it. We almost went in the wrong direction until one of our friends went up to the door. They hit a call button and we were buzzed in but still unsure on where to go. We ended up in a small courtyard (I guess you could call it) where we buzzed another door that ended up being the wrong door. We eventually found the right door and someone helped us with our bags upstairs. The hotel was small with very narrow hallways. Just big enough to roll your suitcase through. We made it into the room and the room looked clean and not too small. We weren't expecting huge for Rome at our price point. The workmanship could have been better though seemed a bit messy with the finishes in some parts of the room, especially the bathroom. Towels were changed and cleaning service came and cleaned without an issue. I'd say the only issue we had was getting there. They need better direction with this. Great location with lots to do though. Knowing now how to get there I would book this hotel again. P.S. For anyone who worries about getting stuck with a weird tube vacuum looking blow dryer, this hotel provides an actual blow dryer that works and is strong. HUGE plus!

Great room and view in piazza Navona.
Amazing room with private sauna, jacuzzi and most important great balcony over piazza Navona. Room was big and comfortable.

The location is amazing, right near Piazza Navona and so easy to walk to so many other places. The room itself felt a bit off par - the jacuzzi behind the bed wasn’t totally clean (and didn’t work) and it just felt overall not as clean as you’d expect from the other reviews and pictures of the place. There is an opera singer who lives above the suites though which is cool to hear, and the staff is really nice. That said, probably wouldn’t stay here again but if you’re in need of an affordable option and don’t plan on spending much time in your hotel, this is a fine place.

Loved it!
Hard to find at first and don’t let the first impression get to you because inside is great! Staff were friendly and accommodating especially Alissia! If going back to Rome I would definitely stay here again as the location was perfect to get to all sightseeing/ food areas
