Just fine.
The hotel was just okay. The beach and ocean are top notch. Room was clean and well stocked. Food options were okay, not great. Service inside restaurants were as they should be. At pool side I was disappointed. Rare to find anyone taking drink orders. Had to go to the bar to grab the drinks, which were well made.

We enjoyed our stay! A smaller hotel which was perfect!! Not the crowds or long distances between the pool, rooms, & other facilities as neighboring mega resorts. Food was delicious, staff excellent!!! A little glitch with check in. We booked 2 connecting king rooms. We were not connected for our stay (although called over a month in advance for this request) and were initially given the wrong room. We were able to move to the correct room but still were not given the connecting rooms. Rooms could use a little renovation but overall it was pleasant and we had a great time!!! Fun activities everyday! Fiesta night was incredible!!! Performances were amazing!!! You will need reservations for the restaurants on the property and they book up fast!!! Hotel has an app for you to use during your stay. Very convenient to order room service, book dinner reservations, and get event information through the app. FYI The hotel is about an 8 minute cab ride from the main club and nightlife area, Cabs are very expensive $$$ Remember to bring cash for cabs and to tip your hotel staff :-)

Sandos was great. The staff was so polite and accommodating. The property was in a great location. It’s a smaller property which we enjoyed. We didn’t have to fight for seats at the pool or the attention of the staff because there were fewer people around due to its smaller size. The decor in some areas (and in the rooms) was a little dated but I was only in there to sleep and shower so it didn’t bother me at all and the bed was super comfy. The food was really good! Room service was always spot on. We ate the buffet several times and dined at a couple of their restaurants and we were not disappointed at all. The Mexican Fiesta they had one night with food and performers was a lot of fun and we really got to enjoy their culture with them. All in all it was a great relaxing time. We would definitely book it again.
