Exceptional 10.0
Nice comfortable hotel near Heuston railway station and a LUAS (tram) stop.
Ian, ca1 night trip with friends
Fair 4.0
Not impressed
Room was super small, bathroom even smaller. The view from our bedroom winter looked into another room and of the patio of the room. The breakfast included over baked scones each morning, you had to ask for toast. Only one of the three staff members we met were friendly. Woke up to the shower stall in the morning have regurgitated another bathrooms drain - disgusting. Manager promised a's been a few weeks & have not had a reply. Won't stay here again.

Was great otherwise
Was first given the wrong room but that was very quickly rectified with lots of smiles everything was lovey so was the lady at counter but she was a little to heavy on pushing her beliefs down my throat about Coronavirus and I was just trying to order a taxi. Was extremely friendly tho.

Phoenix Park Hotel Dublin.
Our three nights at the Phoenix Park Hotel were good. The location is convenient for travel into the City Centre by tram. Also Hoeston railway station is nearby. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, beds were comfortable, and WiFi available in your room. All things considered, excellent value for money.

Very bad hotel
Samy, ie1 night trip
Very Good 8.0
Satisfactory for the price. Facilities more like a B&B than a hotel.
gb1 night trip
Good 6.0
Room was badly lit, not helped by being decorated in a dark colour. There was a musty smell on arrival, had to open the windows to air the room. Had to get out of bed to turn off the bedside light and the tap in the bathroom leaked continuously. Overall at the lower end of 3 stars. Cheap price was the best feature.
