Cold shower, dirty room & inclediby rude stuff
Cold shower, durty bath room and incredibly unresponsible hotel stuff. Imagine after long flight what you got is dirty room with cold shower and broken bath room. They are incredibly unresponsible. Just don't go. This hotel is waste of your money and time.

    could be better
As of writing, we are on our third week of stay in this hotel. Pros: * very good location * spacious rooms * linens, pillows, and bed are very comfy * parking space is provided (first come, first served basis) * front desk staff are competent Cons: * housekeeping could do a better job. Calling the front desk or housekeeping just for us to say "please replenish this and that," "please replace soiled/wet rag/towels with fresh ones" or "please make sure that crumbs from the bag of chips eaten a few days back are gone," etc. * breakfast buffet is okay, however, it is noticeable that only a few staff would greet "local" guests. The female staff are generally the ones who greet guests regardless of color and physical appearance. The manager is very selective of whom he greets, mostly only foreign guests or "flashy" local guests. The chefs/cook hardly greet locals too. * Generally, F1 Hotel personnel have to improve their social skills. Guests should feel that they are welcome. A simple smile or a warm greeting changes the atmosphere of the place. The hotel itself is not enough to invite guests (and returning guests), the personnel running the show are equally important: they either "make or break."

    Good in some areas
The Hotel was okay. The good was the comfort of the bed, the staff were polite and it there was a sofa in the room. The things they can do better is the condition of the room: AC, hot water/cold water regulator and the smell of plywood adhesive from the dark furniture.

We love that the hotel location so near the malls and some restaurants. But we're disappointed that the bidet is broken when we checked it so we have to call he front desk

    Waste of Money. Really Frustrating
we booked for a king deluxe but was upgraded to a 1BR suite since our room isn’t available. instead we were placed in a room with dilapidated fixtures: metal door locks falling off, lighting wites showing complete with the electrical tapes, no bathroom tissue roll, and simply DUSTY room! we had to call for housekeeping 3x in an hour but NOBODY came. we went back to the lobby and asked to be transferred becuase it was already past 3pm andwe haven’t had lunch yet. The new room’s shower area was flooding becuase the water wasn’t going to the drain unless we sweep it with our feet becuase the flooring was so flat. o bathroom mats also when the floor was quite slippery. Breakfast was so-so but the coffee was awful. Lastly, we didn’t have a parking space considering we were paying guests! Very dissapointing.

    Good breakfast !
Breakfast is good, with American / Japanese / Chinese style, the price is fair in that area

WORST HOTEL IN MANILA. Avoid at all cost
Paid $300/ night for this crap hotel: 1. Booked Fort Suite (Clearly emphasize I need a King Size Bed), check me in Twin Size Bed. 2. Water handle malfunction, no water supply for shower. 3. Transfer me to another room where the toilet looked like someone just died in there last night. Couldn't ask for anymore worst that this.
