Other than our room not being ready on time for 4pm Checkin (wasn’t available until about 6:30), we loved our stay! All good things, from the room, to the Roman Bath, to the bars and restaurants, to the service. Thanks!

They had bad storms here we were without electric for over eight hours. It was horrible and all the other hotels were booked up so we had to stay here and rough it out.

This is a very nice resort. It was clean and has great amenities. The people were friendly, fun and helpful. Our only issue was lack of information. Our first morning there I received a text that the water would be off from 9-3. The text claimed it was a “reminder”, but I looked back through all info received and we were never told about this. Also, the main restaurant was closed both days we were there and it was one of the reasons we went there. Another reason we went there was the wine bar. We found no one staffing it Sunday and the desk told us it was closed Sundays but opens at 11 AM Monday. We went back early that afternoon to find out it didn’t open until 4:00. The bartender told us he was there Sunday and it was open. We had a good time but better communication and info would have made it better.
