Best place to stay in Rome!!
Best place to stay in Rome. The room was clean and very comfortable, we even had a balcony that overlooks the courtyard. The service was second to none. I left my passport in the room and was going to miss my cruise, but even though it was a holiday in Rome they were able to arrange for a driver to get my passport to me. They saved my cruise. I can't thank them enough for everything including their hospitality. My family had an amazing time thanks to them.

Perfect start to our adventure
Fantastic. Location was very convenient. Hospitality exceptional. Sylvia gave us a warm welcome from the planning stage through arrival and our stay. She showed us around the area providing recommendations from gelato to art to restaurants. Overall highly recommend. We overlooked the street so we had a great feel for the area. Thanks to Sylvia and the team for making our stay memorable.

Poor
Not a real B&B! Worst place!
During our 1 month family trip in Europe, this place is the only one that it was so disappointing that we stayed for 1 night and left and changed hotels. Let's start by the fact that the place it's extremely hard to find since it doesn't even have a sign outside their place. Once you go through the gates they take you into a dentist office that they call "the reception desk" which by the way smells like a dentist office and it has even an X-ray machine by their tiny desk. Not the best first impression. The room that we stayed smelled like mildew and the beds were super uncomfortable. I paid for breakfast which is across the street from this place (because they don't really have an area where they can serve breakfast, so I'm not sure why they call themselves B&B) and the restaurant that they send us is very rundown, which I know we are in Rome where all the buildings are very old but let's not confused old with dirty. The breakfast was not good it all. We decided after 1 day of staying in this place that we needed to changed hotels. It was sad since we were so excited to see Rome but this bad experience took a lot of our time. This place is just a bunch of work offices and they decided to convert a few rooms into "suites". Not what I was expecting. Very disappointed. Their "front desk" is only open a few hours during the day, even when we checked in they asked me to tell them when we were getting there so they can open the room for us. Don't loose your money here!!!

Like being in a private 15th century castle amidst the hustle and bustle of the world outside. The neighborhood is amazing and very close to everything. Silvia was such a warm and generous hostess, who made it feel like we were visiting a family member. We loved our stay and highly recommend this gem!
