    The parking lot is BAD! Vendors clog the entrance; it is used as a short cut for the adjacent street and there is constant fast traffic through it. Location near the beach is great BUT it appears people other than guests are using this parking lot for their beach parking.

    The pool at CitiExpress was the first pool we felt ‘safe’ entering on this whole trip (out of 4 pools). The breakfast was great, room was spotless. Everything was excellent. Only negative aspect was the need to cover the shower drain to block the faint smell of sewer gas with a towel over a plastic bag. This is a common plumbing issue everywhere in MX as the construction methods generally do not enable the use of a ‘P-Trap’. Not anything the hotel staff can fix!

    No tuve wi-fi y no tenian mi reserva en el hotel.

    Tuve dos malas experiencias... 1. Al llegar, no tenían mi reservación en el hotel, me dijeron que estaba cancelada, tuve que esperar alrededor de 30 minutos para poder hacer check-in 2. Nunca funcionó en wi-fi en mi habitación, lo reporté desde el primer dia y asi todos los dias de mi estancia y no tuve ninguna respuesta favorable
