Nice service, friendly staff. I would like to send special thank notes to the hotel staff, Wissal and Lida. When I walked in the hotel, the front desk staff, Wissal and Lina, are super nice and helpful. They answered all my questions and give me a lot of good suggestions and information about Casablanca and Sofitel. They made sure I was comfortable and happy with what the hotel can offer.

Easy to stay at Sofitel Casablanca Tour Blanche.
Staff is wonderful, attentive and no request is too small. The room was spacious with a king size bed with a featherbed base. The mattress itself was perhaps past its best-before date because there was a slope to it that made getting comfortable a bit difficult. The a/c was ‘unenthusiastic’ so our room remained too warm overnight despite having the setting on quite low. Disappointing and a bit ‘cheap’ to be charged mini-bar prices for coffee capsules in the room in a 5star property. There should be a way to include a cup of coffee while guests are getting ready to go our in the morning. Good area, very close to CasaPort train station - literally 500’ from the train station but when we stayed there were road works underway (which I think is standard and ongoing in Casablanca) so even a short walk may be challenging. Note to pedestrians: Cars NOT people have the right of way in Morocco so be aware and beware! Stayed 2 nights and never did master all the various light switches and combinations but would happily stay here again.

The customer service was impeccable. They gave me a free upgrade for my 1st stay along with a fruit tray. The room was very spacious and clean and the staff were attentive and helpful . Highly recommend.
