We paid a bit extra for a balcony with view and it was worth it! Shuttle from nearby camp ground to town center very convenient. Staff very helpful. Rooms / hallways very noisy - we were woken up when others arrived back to the hotel late at night ( almost every night,).

Very cute hotel, easily accessible to the city center via the city bus/shuttle. Our AC unit kept spewing water both nights of our stay onto one of our beds....and the room was very small to fit 4 (the pictures online for the rooms we found to be a bit misleading size/style wise) . However the staff were very sweet and nice! The breakfast was delicious!! And the woman who made us coffee in the morning makes the best cappuccinos and was very sweet (she remembered our orders from the day before!)

Loved it
Loved hotel spicy, booked as last minute stop over as we were on holiday in Naples but fell in love with Sorrento. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

pictures aren't real ,bad stincky odor in the room
the staff was very kind and very helpful , and this is the only positive thing !!! the rooms wasn't at all as shown in the pictures ( looks like they made the pictures by photoshop !!! ) , bad rooms with very bad decoration and old equipments . the bath is very small , it's very difficult to take a shower .... AND the room smells stincky ... very bad odor ! there is no lift !!

It was a nice, clean comfortable hotel. The shower was a real tight squeeze and that was the only negative during our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is a little away from the Sorrento train station, so make sure one reached Sorrento when public transport is still operating, else be ready to spend 30 Euros on a taxi to reach there.
