Great Trip to Boston !
The hotel worked very well for us - being so close to the T line, super easy to get to all our destinations. Everything was very good .... Only 1 thing that we would comment negatively on. We were in room 101 - which is the first room next to the Lobby. We found it was very loud and a lot of it sounded like it was the Staff. Nothing rude or anything like that - but it would be appreciated that after midnight, they keep noise levels down. Other than that - the Staff were helpful, friendly and always greeted us after a long day out.

This is a nice hotel and well located for public transport and ths Longwood medical precinct. Staff could have shown more enthusiasm about helping guests enjoy their stay, however, and so-called on-site coffee shop was very limited.

Convenient location a short walk or car ride to Longwood Medical Area. Cafe with food for purchase. Can hear the T through the window and the heating unit is loud but overall the noise level is manageable. Small room but clean and good for a short stay.

Convenient hotel near where we wanted to be. A bit dated, could use some modernization. No grab bars in shower, had to call for bath mat so I would not slip in shower, Toilet paper holder very loose in cabinet. We used the Kuerig coffee machine each day. It was either not replenished or replenished with tea or decaf which we did not use. Plastic water cups! It is rare these days to stay at a hotel and not have a complimentary breakfast - especially at a hotel this expensive. Not a bad hotel just not good quality/price ratio.
