Royal Singosari Kuta, Kuta

We loved our 10 day stay and hope to return. The suites are perfect, great WiFi, great English TV programming. Great water pressure. The suites 201, 301, 401 and 501 will be very quiet. The rooms next door have elevator noise that wakes you up as people head to the buffet, that ok if your a morning person.

I booked king bed room with garden, they gives double bed no view room which price is difference, we requested 2 times & compliant also no action, but breakfast is good

I don't know where to start but it was beyond terrible. Only positive thing was the staff they did their best but they could not cover the hotels bad condition. The rooms were smelling the card key didn't work, the pool was disgusting and we left the hotel after one night.

Due to the convenience of its location this is not the first time we have stayed here. Approx 350m from the ocean, 200m from Matahari and Stadium bar everything is on your doorstep. 12 family members all enjoyed the friendly hospitality and laid back Indonesian staffing. This time we opted for a suite and in fairness for the extra couple of dollars the living room / additional space was fantastic. In comparison to the other stays here our expectations were met. Only negative was the pool bar ran out of towels late afternoon. That aside we would happily return to The Royal Singosari
