Waited 15 minutes to check in as room wasn’t ready, room key scanner on lift was broken so anyone off street could gain access to the room floors, shower drain was blocked with hair, loud music could be heard until 3am so couldn’t get to sleep and breakfast was cold

Bathrooms are become very tired. Air locks in hot water system mean you can hear everyone have a shower around you and acts like several alarms clocks going off all morning. Breakfast is good, bit parking is overpriced.

We arrived at 12:30 (midnight) after a long 6 hr drive to find the hotel reception staff who greeted me very rude. They didn’t have the same credit card as I paid with on file, then very unhelpful when trying to solve the issue or find out what happened. All he kept saying the room is paid. Then when I entered my room found the TV on, towels on floor and building materials all over. When I went back down they said they didn’t have any rooms other than a twin room even though I paid for a queen. After about 30-40min they got a an “upgraded room” which I later found out was just a normal room as my manager had the same room And we booked together. Didn’t appreciate they lied, I would have been happy for them to just say they got me another queen room. I will be requesting a refund.
