Great place to stay in Lake Louise
This was my second stay and I will return. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff were extra friendly and helpful. The best thing is the proximity to the ski hill. Great stay that will be repeated.

Lovely Ski Trip
We had an excellent 2 night stay at the Mountaineer Lodge in one of the renovated rooms. The room was lovely and very clean, breakfast was very good, staff were excellent, free shuttle to the ski hill a great service. The only reason for less than 5 stars overall is because of the hot tub area in the main lodge, change room (co-ed) and shower facility very poor.

Very nice hotel
It was a very nice stay. The room was clean and good fecilities. I stayed during winter but the room was warn all the time. The wifi was very fast and available everywhere. The staffs were very friendly and very helpful. It is good location, close to the mall and bus stop.

The front desk remembered me as a returned guest. Warm welcome to check in. After leaving the property for 2 hour drive, my wife found she left her HH jacket in the room. When we retured, the jacket was packed waiting for my wife. Honest crew. Thanks.
