Rock hard beds
The common areas were fine. However, the rooms were just depressing. It was very hot in the room. The toilet seat was broken and the beds were rock hard. You get what you pay for here.

We stayed with 2 kids and 2 adults. The room design/size was perfect. central location to walk around town and explore HCM. I loved the greenery. Breakfast buffet was also good for kids and the pool (while small) was well maintained and safe on the 12th floor.

Family with 2kids we booked to stay there as it’s near all the shopping centre and convenient. Didn’t realised but it’s Japanese town and lots of bars & massages shops around. Don’t think it’s a good area for family. The hotel and staff is great and very helpful.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Paragon. It has been updated very nicely and our room was very comfortable. The A/C worked great and the bed was firm and good. (The King bed is two twins put together.). The staff was great! They helped with everything. And we’re super friendly! The daily breakfast was very good with many options and an omelette station as when as a hot soup/noodle station. The location is good and is walking distance to Opera Hall, Post Office, Grand Market, Zoo, River, and more. If we come back to HCM, we will book the Paragon again!
