Overall great place and would go back!
Beautiful hotel. We had a room with a balcony facing the train station. Loved it! A few boards however were loose and need to be fixed outside or it can be a hazard. The room itself is great. There is a free phone in the room to take out with you. They insist it is free however we were charged €6 on checkout for using it one day. Be aware. I would never have taken it out of the room of I would have read what the guy at the desk said was in the fine print. Nothing is ever free! This left a sour taste in my mind at the end. Elevators are tiny. Some days they are good and others you can press the button and the light goes out again so it won't stop on your floor. You can ne left waiting for 10 to 15 minutes at certain times of the day so if mobility is an issue get a lower floor but then you won't have a great view and it will be noisier. The hotel staff use it also. On our first night we were recommended to 2 restaurants. One she said would be at least €30 a person (no, thanks) and the other was La Familia around the corner (not to be confused with familia next door to the pizza place). I asked about the one next door and was told absolutely not. So we went to the other one and couldn't get in and so we decided to try the one next door and it was amazing! We went there 3 times! Also another great place is at the end of the street with lights outside called Living Room. Breakfast at the hotel is terrible. Hot dogs, uncooked bacon, soup and rice. Skip it

Very Good 8.0
Nice hotel, close to train station.
The room was very spacious, comfortable, and everything in good shape. While I wouldn’t rate it as a 5 star luxury hotel, it was very nice and serviceable. The bathrooms newer, updated, clean and well maintained. The employees very nice and helpful. Check-in was a breeze. The reception area is pretty small. The roof top terrace was lovely. Hotel located close to the train station. It is not noisey, but the area is just on the outskirts of old Rome and is a little funky. I’d stay again if I needed a good location close to the train station.
