The hotel is in flux as it is being remodeled. We stayed in one of the remodeled rooms and it was good. I would suggest adding more towel racks. The pool was not working which was disappointing. This will be improved upon. The dining area did not have any juices which would have been nice. The main recommendation and something that could be greatly improved on is the smoking area is right outside the main door, even though the signs would have a non- smoker believe that one didn't have to walk through cigarette and cigar smoke to enter the building. This should be re-examined.

The best part of the hotel experience was the Manager -Sandra! What a dear and very friendly. But the hotel was in the process of being updated and lots of construction disruption. But the room dirty and had to wash the bathroom floor since socks & feet got dirty immediately. No room service at all during our stay. We understand that there is a new owner but it wasn't apparent that Sandra got any support in hiring anyone that could help clean or maintain the rooms or common areas. That is a terrible customer experience in our opinion. Sandra said it's hard to hire when no one wants to work. They need to solve that problem to stay in business.
