Bring back the valet

I have stayed at Oceanaire since it opened. Oceanaire has always been my family's go to place to stay. So much that my aunt purchased two weeks through a timeshare!.. Now that I will be bringing my grandchildren I will need to find another hotel as Oceanaire no longer offers valet parking. The parking garage is a block up and over. This is not convenient when it comes to traveling with small children or elderly. I was also saddened to see the property not being upkept. Upon arrival and throughout the stay there were luggage carts all over the lobby and up around the elevators. This is an eye sore.... what happened to the hospitality can luggage service? I love Oceanaire and I truly do not want to stay anywhere else! Let's get back to the old ways!
